Meanwhile, we reserve the right to use our experience with buyers and sellers to decide if someone is genuinely interested or not.

A referral is considered qualified when:

• The referred individual confirms interest AND engages in an initial consultation with The Mezon Group

• The opportunity aligns with our service area and scope

Only qualified referrals are eligible for entry. Duplicate or incomplete submissions may be excluded.

Once a referral is qualified, the referrer is entered into the staycation drawing. Each qualified referral equals one entry.

• It is not contingent upon us successfully working with the person referred. Our intention is to simply thank YOU for your kind act and trust.
• It does not matter what your referees are looking at: a $300,000 condo means the same as a $1M single-family home to us. Each of those count as the same - one referral & one entry.

The staycation recipient is selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Drawings take place the first week of June

• The selected referrer will be notified directly via phone or email

• If not selected, no further action is required—eligible entries do not carry over unless stated otherwise

Once notified, our team will coordinate details and redemption timelines directly with the selected recipient.

The staycation must be redeemed within the calendar year in 2026.
