Go with Kevin with your homes! Kevin helped me sell my condo quickly and stress-free. He laid out an effective strategy, drove every steps from staging, photoshooting to marketing. His communication is superb - updates on open house and buyer interest, interacting w/ HOAs. He set expectation on how fast things would move, and followed through at each milestone. He also let me know when I should take action and when to not feel concerned, and offered references to coach me through the negotiation.
