Maria Mead

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Maria has lived across the Seattle area nearly her whole life, from Des Moines to the University District, and takes pride in the community she’s built here. She knows firsthand how expensive Washington housing can be, and helping others find a home of their own has become her calling.

A University of Washington business school graduate, Maria has long been drawn to financial planning and building toward financial freedom. Her passion for real estate took hold after she bought her first condo in 2018 and became a landlord in 2019. Since then she’s gained hands-on experience in property management and set her sights on growing a portfolio, most recently purchasing her first investment property, a triplex, in 2026.

Before real estate, Maria built a corporate career spanning marketing, operations, and program and product management. Accomplished as she was, the work never gave her the sense of purpose she was after. Real estate offered what corporate life couldn’t: personal connection and the chance to make a difference in people’s lives. She has since taken the leap full time, joining a team that deepens her expertise in real estate investing, knowledge she brings straight to her clients.

Fluent in Vietnamese, she brings sharp negotiation and communication skills and a relationship-first approach to every client. Her business sense and work ethic mean the people she represents are in capable, well-advised hands.

Outside of work, Maria loves a good sweat (weightlifting and Peloton), traveling to new countries (22 and counting), hiking and paddleboarding, and being silly with her husband Nick and two cats, Ginger and Ronnie.
